Woops, went another month without an update. Bad me!
anyway, had some fun, got a lot of christmas shopping done, and worked and slept. I really should put stuff in more often. 🙂

Also got a dinner for getting older (birthdays *can* be fun!)
Jenn got another year older
I got her a desk as her prize (which wasn’t as nice as my prize) 🙁
She liked it anyway 🙂
My parents stayed over for a few days, which was good.
Had a meeting of the parents (Jenn’s and mine).
They seemed to not hate each other, which is also good!
Actually went to the bar (for halloween).
Am now starting day shifts at work for a couple of weeks.

I got an early bday present last night (well…I got one a few weeks ago as well, a new watch). Jenn bought me the Monsters Inc. DVD and we watched it at her parents place. Yay! Kitty! 🙂

Last night was a good night. We had my brothers over and some of Jenn’s family as well. We got to show off our new car, our apartment, and feed everyone. The food was nummy, the company was great, and I think a good time was had by all. (I had fun anyway!) Now to clean up the carnage. 🙂

Stampede week is over. Me n’ the gf went down to the grounds on Friday, and it was HOT…the weather has been HOT for the last week. Hopefully it’ll start cooling down before I melt.

yay! Got stuff and things workin’ at the new place. Now all we have to do is unpack….

Happy Birthday Canada! Went and saw the fireworks show tonight, it was good.now it’s after 1pm and time for me to go to bed. *nodnod*Congratulations Bro, the fireworks looked great!

Welp, looks like we made it through the G8 summit without any major incidents! I didn’t even get stopped by the cops this time! (of course, I didn’t walk from work to the bus stop downtown at 7am wearing a black trenchcoat this week either).
I got to work at the “secondary operations center” during the G8 days this week. It wasn’t quite as High tech as the actual operations center, but it did have air conditioning. Here are a few pics of the working conditions. 🙂
